1. Who we are

Tasadar is a product of 808Studio, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 72770724), Laan van Chartroise 23, 3552 EP Utrecht. 808Studio is the controller of the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

• Account: your email address and a protected form of your password.
• Project: the business details you give us and the results we measure for your project.
• Google Search Console, only if you connect it: see section 4.
• Technical data: the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: sign you in, measure your visibility in search and AI answers, show you the results, and recommend content improvements. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and your consent for Google Search Console.

4. Google Search Console

Connecting Search Console is optional. We ask for read-only access only, and we cannot change anything in your Google account. We read search performance data for the one property you select: queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, position and country.

We use it to show your search performance and to recommend content improvements.

We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties. We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

You can disconnect a project in its settings at any time. We stop reading at once and delete the connection for that project. You can also remove Tasadar's access in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections.

Tasadar's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run Tasadar: hosting and database, search data, and AI processing. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. Your account and project data are stored in the European Union. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete it, or close your account, we delete it within 30 days. A Search Console connection is deleted as soon as you disconnect the project.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw a consent. Write to info@tasadar.ai. We acknowledge within 5 working days and complete the request within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption and access controls. If a breach affects your data, we tell you and the authority as the law requires.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the service changes how it handles your data, and we change the date above.
